Bruichladdich Bere Barley 2013

The 2013 Bere Barley single malt from Bruichladdich is made using the oldest strain of cultivated cereal in Britain. Annual release, the result of an ongoing partnership with the University of the Highlands and Island’s Agronomy Institute since 2005 to reintroduce Bere barley to the whisky industry. Matured in a combination of first-fill bourbon barrels and second-fill Pauillac wine casks.
