It’s all in the DNA

Scotch Malt Whisky Society ambassador John McCheyne took us through 3 pairs of single casks, with each pair coming from the same distillery (2 pairs having been distilled on the same day as each other) – highlighting what flavour differences the cask can impart, and yet how much underlying character comes directly from the distiller’s spirit character.

And then they threw a random fruity Miltonduff in at the end, because they’re just wonderful people.
