Whisky is very much the sum of its ingredients. From water source to warehouse, everything that goes into making a dram has an effect, from the tiny to the gigantic. For this session, we’ll be pouring a selection of drams that show off a specific part of the whisky-making process, showing quite how influential the differences between whiskies can be.
