Led by Elise (who is an actual sustainability expert) we’ll explore different approaches distillers are taking to making their whisky more sustainable. From agricultural pioneers to logistics hackers, whisky is going green in some very important ways.

And we’ll show that sustainable whisky doesn’t compromise on tasty goodness. Expect some truly excellent drams from some pretty fantastic distilleries.
