For the second tasting in April we’re going to look at making cocktails with whisky – is it a way of disguising the taste of booze with a load of fruit juice and paper umbrellas, or can you blend the nuanced subtleties of a whisky together with other ingredients to create something greater than the sum of the parts? We’re joined by Olivier & Dean from Monkey Shoulder, who’ll show us around their spirit, and some of the interesting things they’ve done with it.
Monkey Shoulder is a blend of three different Single Malts and is great with mixers or just on its own. Smooth, sweet and very easy to drink. Let’s find out just how easy…
The venue for this session will be at The Red Lion in Crown Passage (map), £15 per person.
We’ll contact you with payment instructions in the next couple of days once you’ve filled in the booking form. Payment is taken in advance via bank transfer, and in the event you can’t make it refunds can be given if we can find a taker for your spot, so the more notice, the better. If a session you’re interested in is booked out, please still contact us as we operate a reserve list.
This event is fully booked.
