Booking spaces at a session
Upcoming sessions are announced via email and Facebook, including when the tickets will go on sale.
Spaces per booking
Whisky Squad sessions are small to keep things conversational and relaxed. Because of the limited size of the sessions, you can book a maximum of 2 spaces for any one tasting.
Choose your session!
To make sure everyone gets a fair crack at getting a spot at our sessions, we’ve set the following rules:
1) As soon as bookings open, it’s first in, best dressed.
2) We love that you love Squad, but please don’t book every session – give other folks a chance. We ask that you self-regulate this, and if you consistently book immediately every time tickets go on sale we may put you on the naughty step for a month or two. If tickets remain available after a day or so, go for it.
Cancellations/Refunds
If you can’t make it to a tasting that you’ve booked, let us know by email or Facebook as soon as possible, and with at least 24 hours notice.
Once you let us know, we can repost your tickets to the website and Facebook. If we find a taker then we’ll take payment from them and then refund you.
Advance payments
All bookings must be paid for at time of booking – we use Paypal.
If you have had trouble using Paypal please get in touch with us and we can try to make alternate arrangements where necessary.
